Our ICS program helps individuals develop and maintain independent living skills in their

We assist with daily routines, budgeting, cooking, personal care, social interaction, and overall household management — empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives in the least
restrictive environment.

We assist with general household activities to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
Homemaker staff help with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and household organization while encouraging clients to participate and develop independent living skills.
Includes:
• Cleaning and household upkeep
• Meal preparation and kitchen maintenance
• Grocery assistance
• Support for organizing and maintaining a safe home
Our 24/7 emergency response service provides immediate help and crisis intervention for individuals experiencing an emergency or unplanned need.
We ensure that help is available anytime to maintain safety, stability, and well-being.
Services include:
• 24-hour on-call support
• Immediate response to health, behavioral, or environmental emergencies
• Coordination with family, case managers, and emergency responders
Our Companion services provide social interaction and supervision to help reduce loneliness, promote engagement, and encourage community involvement.
Companions assist clients with attending social activities, going for walks, or simply providing friendly conversation and emotional support.
For individuals who need overnight assistance or monitoring, R & B 245D provides compassionate overnight staff to ensure safety, comfort, and peace of mind during
nighttime hours.
Our night supervision includes:
• Awake overnight staff available to respond to needs
• Medication reminders and comfort checks
• Support during restlessness or anxiety
• Documentation and communication with care teams
